Horrible front wheel

I bought this while I was pregnant like a month before my January baby was born. And I regret it. I actively avoid using this stroller because the front wheel is ridiculous it won't turn, or when it does it spins in directions you dont want it to go, then the wheel locks up and when you do choose to leave it locked you can't turn at all which is important to do. Very disappointed in this stroller especially with the amount of money I paid for this.

finicky front wheel!

Got this as a gift from a baby shower. The front wheel of the stroller is awful!! You can be pushing the stroller and all of a sudden veers in another direction or better yet turn the stroller the to front wheel gets stuck side ways so you can't move the stroller until you come around to the front to straighten it out. I feel like the red lock on the front does absolutely nothing. It's embarrassing to use when you are out and all of a sudden the stroller is acting up. Very frustrating. I DO NOT Recommend. The car seat and base are good. Easy to transfer baby to stroller from car and vice versa just the stroller is not worth it.

BAD FRONT WHEEL

we got the jogger as a gift and at first it was nice. But then the front wheel started to stick and was very hard to turn. Now my wife is afraid to go jogging with it. I pulled the wheel off and put WD40 on it. This did help the wheel to turn freely and not get stuck anymore. we went on a couple of walks with it and had no problems with the front wheel. So we decided to go for a jog now that the front wheel wasn't sticking anymore. When we started jogging the front wheel started to wobble like crazy. This caused the whole jogger and our baby to shake back and forth. we put the wheel in the lock position and it did the same thing. As a result we decided that this product is to DANGEROUS to use for jogging since our baby's head is shaking back and forth. It does work nice for walking now. But what's the point since I'm going to have to buy a new one anyway.

Front wheel lock issue and kickstand issue

Some things are great about it, such as the ability to fold and open with ease. I have found a couple major flaws, which make me regret this purchase however. The first is the front wheel lock, which make the wheel only go straight and not swivel. It randomly will lock itself, which is a big pain to constantly have to fix it. Also, the kickstand does not always support the stroller and sometimes it flops over after it is folded. Overall, I am disappointed with this purchase.

Great car seat and stroller

I think its a great car seat and stroller. Clicks in and put of the car easily and the stroller. Love that I dont gave to fight with the strap to strap it into a car.
Many have issues with the front wheel... literally turn it around and it doesnt get stuck.when it's going in the wrong direction it gets stuck...
The only down side I find is the stroller doesnt sit the baby up forward enough when you pull it put of the lay down position. It's just a smidge too far back. My kid likes to sit straight up and the slight leaning back he didnt like. And the seat for the stroller is bulky to bring places like the mall where you drive to walk with it.

Dangerous stroller do NOT waste money!

The Graco Modes Jogger Click Connect Travel System has been awful from the day we got it, but yesterday was the icing on the cake. My husband took my daughter out for a walk behind our house. You have to go down a small dirt hill. On his way down the stroller literally SNAPPED IN HALF with our daughter in it. She ended up face first in the dirt, terrified, but luckily uninjured.
This stroller was purchased brand new and has always been stored inside. We don’t use it frequently as the front wheel has never worked properly. It is bulky, heavy, and shouldn’t be advertised as a “jogger” since trying to maneuver it while merely walking is almost impossible.
I have never heard of a baby stroller snapping in half. Thank god we had our daughter strapped in so nothing worse happened. As a parent your main goal is always keeping your child safe. I can no longer say I feel comfortable using Graco products as they put our daughter in real danger. This stroller is a travel system (with infant car seat) which I no longer feel comfortable using for our baby on the way.
We are very disappointed with Graco. Something needs to be done about this before it happens to others.
