Love the concept but...

The car seat is perfect no complaints about that but the stroller front wheel always locks it’s like it doesn’t want to stay straight. It goes right on it’s own and it’s hard to turn left if I want to go the other way. I bought the travel system thinking it would be easy to use and helpful while using it outdoors.

Wheel sticks

I got this travel system a couple of months before I had my baby. I love the car seat and I also love that there are so many different positions the baby can be in the stroller. However, the front wheel constantly sticks in one position even when the wheel lock is not engaged. It is also a huge pain to fold up because the front wheel has to be turned just right in order for it to completely fold and lock. I also have a large SUV and the stroller takes up nearly the entire back.

Great system but

First time parents and my mom bought us this stroller to go along with our platinum car seat. The stroller is great and has awesome features like attaching the car seat to face forward or backwards. Same with the regular seat and plenty of storage. How ever the only problem is the front wheel gets stuck everywhere. Sidewalks, wood, tile, dirt. You name it. Does anyone have a solution? I would really appreciate the help.

Front Tire Sticks

I was gifted this travel system for my daughter, and was so excited to use it; however, the stroller is useless after only a few months of using it. The front wheel wants to constantly lock, and when it isn't trying to lock then it is pulling to the right. It is impossible to push or turn the stroller. My daughter still needs to be in the carseat at this point, but the stroller is making any outing insanely stressful since it doesn't function at all.

Not the quality we thought it would be.

My fiancé and I received this travel system at our baby shower. My mother in law purchased it for us, which we are very greatful for, but after being able to actually use it we absolutely can’t stand to use it. The front wheel is crazy it either locks on its own or just goes the complete opposite direction in which you are trying to go. If I could get advice on how to fix it or what to do would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Front wheel constantly sticks!!

I bought this stroller for my second child after owning another jogging stroller from another brand. Intially I loved this stroller but the front wheel constantly sticks making the stroller impossible to move. This is really hard when you are trying to push your baby in the stroller in busy public places. I am very disappointed to pay a lot of money for this stroller and I can't even use it.

Extremely disappointed

I received this stroller as a registry item and have had nothing but trouble. My first stroller had a bad front wheel, it wouldn't stay inflated... graco had to send me a whole new travel system because they couldn't replace the wheel... meaning I had to send the old one back. Now I have the replacement and it doesn't handle well at all, front wheel sticks, making qalking very difficult and it is impossible to run with.

Popped Front Wheel

I purchased this travel system in December for my third child born in February. I used the stroller twice with no issues. Before the third use, I decided to pump up the tires for the first time and ended up popping the front tire due to a horrible design. The number and close proximity of the spokes on the front wheel make it near impossible to pump up. As I was removing the pump from the tire, the entire stem ripped off. Poor design, cheap tire and now an unusable stroller. I’m beyond annoyed. I would not recommend!
