Love this as it works with my Garmin via ANT and also connects with my iPad via Bluetooth. It works well strap is great and so very happy.

TICKR Heart Rate Monitor

I was hesitant to purchase the TICKR based on some reviews that it was inconsistent on bluetooth connectivity versus other HR monitors. The TICKR paired quickly to my iOS device and I have seen zero issues with consistent HR readings to my iPad Mini. I think that lighting wetting or applying moisture to the HR contacts prior to training is the secret.

Nothing much to say except that it works.
The first unit seemed have an issue but after a brief backhand forth with Wahoo, they took care of the problem right away.

Chest strap is comfortable and accurate. I'm 64 years old and wanted to monitor my heart during HIIT workouts. At first thought it was wrong choice but with trial and error I see how it can be programmed to meet my needs. I set it up for HR audible notice every 20 seconds and its perfect. You can save the workout and see your heart rate in a graph for the entire workout. Can't do better at this price point. Would have been nice to have directions on how to program the Wahoo app.

Out of the box it was easy to set up. Connected with app on iPhone. I used it with Sufferfest videos and it worked great (iPad). Much easier to put on than other heart rate monitors I have owned. All good.

my garmin strap is much more reliable but unfortunately does not have bluetooth

I purchased this 2 months ago and love it. However, when removing the device, the snap broke. I am very disappointed with this.
