It's simple, reliable, low profile and has a reasonable cost. What's not to like.

I've had a number of heart rate monitors over the years and had all sorts of strap connection issues. All these problems disappear with the Tickr, excellent product.

This Ticker is the best HRM strap I have used this far. I have used garmin in the boast and noticed that it was uncomfortable on the sides with it la construction. No such issue arises with this piece right here, and wi. The changing tide of the market, the fact that it is Bluetooth enabled is a major key to use with multiple devices!

Comfortable to wear

I used a wrist based HRM for an year and I switched to TICKR 3 weeks ago. I've done about 200 miles on my bike since then and I can clearly feel it's a huge upgrade.
TICKR gives you stable HR reading without needing to over tighten the chest strap. After a while you don't feel it much and HRM stays where it is. Wrist based HRM tends to require over tightening and still slips on bumpy roads which leads to inaccurate readings. Then there's the problem of getting in the way every time you put on or off an extra layer of clothes.
So far, I'm very satisfied with the accurate reading and comfortable wear of TICKR.

Using with BitGym rides and works well. Had to remove Wahoo fitness app from IPad because it would not let BitGym record hr when on the IPad. Disappointed that I can not get the Wahoo fitness app to work on my Samsung galaxy phone since I use tracphone. Also unable to get the Wahoo app on an older IPad. Overall I am happy with the Tickerr for use with my Exercycle, which is an older Schwann model without a monitor.

Versatile Compatibility
on February 20, 2018

I like the feature that this will link up to both Bluetooth and Ant+. Also being able to change the battery ourselves is a nice feature. Only downside is sometimes either it is slow to wake up or to connect. Most of the time it works very well though, may be an issue with the phone or iPad.

Perfect for me

Love it. I used to have a Pol** before, but this one is just better. Connects instantly with my iphone. I would love for other features to be supported by third party apps, but for now it seems only the Wahoo app is able to use data such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, running smoothness etc..
Battery life is great, and it is waterproof (dont swim with it tho)
