Nothing More, Nothing Less

This HRM works perfectly with my Hammerhead Karoo, and with my Garmin Edge 820.
Broadcasting on both BLE and ANT+, it should meet eanyones' needs.
I like the positive acknowledgement of LED activating as soon as contact is made with snap. The snap fittings are secure and positive locking so a loud click and snap in your hand lets you know it's securely fastened. The battery compartment is a big plus. Industry standard and easy to use.

I bought this device along with Kickr Snap to train indoors and I should say it's of excellent quality. The strap is comfortable and the sensor does not slide down during training.

Great Heart Rate Monitor

I've been using the TICKR for two week with great success. It's what I needed to monitor my bike rides. It paired easily with my iPhone 6 and my Cyclemeter app. It's easy to see how close I am to my max heart so I can tailor my exercise program accordingly.

Bought this a few weeks ago to more accurately track calorie burn and have been using it 3-4x/week. It's stupidly easy to set up and use. I spent maybe 5 mins getting it connected to my phone (Nexus 6 running marshmallow) and since then it connects as soon as I start up the app.
I've been using the Wahoo Fitness app and pushing calorie burn info to MyFitnessPal. I like the display within the WF app - I set my phone in front of me while I'm working out and it's easy see my current HR/zone, workout duration, and calorie burn at a glance. My only complaint is that when it pushes the workout info to MFP it gets logged as "walking at a leisurely pace, 2.5 mph" (even though I'm logging it as cardio in the WF app). It's mildly annoying but not worth docking a star, IMO.
I have never had issues with it reading my HR. I get steady readings every time without wetting the contacts/applying gel (though I guess that is mostly a problem for hairy chested men??).
The strap is extremely comfortable and stays in place. The only time I notice I'm wearing a HRM when I'm working out is if I'm doing an exercise that involves laying on my stomach/chest and I feel it pressing against me.

Great Improvement over previous model

I owned the original wahoo heartband, which I like quite well. However, the new TICKR was quite an improvement in every way over the first version. It sync's with my app (Digifit) better, shows visual signals of monitoring, and seems to maintain the link better. Great value!!

Bought one month ago...wish I bought the next level up because I would like to use this without have to be close to my phone. Hard to set-up as the instructions are minimal.

Easy to connect to devices and seems well built. Bought this to replace my old one that was only ANT+. Needed BLE to connect to IOS to use Zwift.

A consistent monitor. By far the beset!

Bought this after using two different heart rate monitors. One I had worked well but wouldn't connect to Zwift. The second would spike at no apparent reason. The Tickr is steady and consistent and always syncs with Zwift. Just be sure to follow instructions (I found them online) in the care of not only the mechanism but the strap.
