Not working as hoped - still tinkering

Works well with the ANT+ connection on Zwift, but not the iPhone 6 bluetooth connection on Strava. On my iPhone, my heart rate jumps around (e.g. In the middle of going full throttle up a hill it instantly drops from 180bpm to 14bpm) and seems to get stuck on a bpm number for stretches of time. I contacted customer service and they came back with a laundry list of things to try. So far I have tried using electrode gel, flipping the battery to reset, shaving my chest, and the issue is still not resolved. The new batteries I ordered should arrive this week - so my fingers are crossed. It is frustrating, if I buy something I want it to work out of the box.

It just works... Brian-dead simple to use/setup... was using it with rflkt+ and iPhone now using it with wahoo ELEMNT

These things work great for a few months and then deteriorate fast. I've went through 2 of these in the last 3 years. I wash the straps with soap and water, and keep the connections in the monitor clean. Have also swapped batteries a million times. These should be priced much lower given they are effectively junk after one season.

I bought this to aid in cycling. Easy to pair with an iPhone 6. Strava picked it up right away!

No Auto Save

I use this on the treadmill and the app on my iPad. I moved from the app and when I went back to bring to app back, it closed instead. I have lost the information for two workouts. Now, I have to just stay on the app and cannot check my email. Also, the stride rate stops working sometimes. Otherwise I like this heart monitor.

Had this HRM for over a year and had no issues. Reliable readouts and works every time unlike Garmin products. Love the Dual ANT or BT connection
