So Far, So Good BUT...

I purchased the TickR Heart Rate Monitor about 3 weeks ago and did probably about 14 hour long rides with it via Zwift on my smart trainer. It has worked as expected and overall I am happy with the performance... BUT the battery already needed to be replaced. I hope that the new battery lasts much longer than the first battery that the TickR came with. If not, then I will be disappointed with this unit because when the warmer weather gets here in NJ and my rides are usually 2-3 hours long will mean that the battery will only last for 6 rides before needing to be replaced. Will wait and see what happens before final opinion...

Love the BLE & Ant+

I had two different HRM's (one BLE and one Ant+). It was annoying that different devices used different versions. The TICKR fixed my headache!!! Thanks Wahoo!!

Go To ANT/Bluetooth HRM

I have tried the Garmin, Polar and Tickr HRMs. The Tickr is the only HRM with ANT and Bluetooth which is essential for cyclists using both Garmin headunits and Strava on their smartphones. It also works well with the Wahoo App if you are using a spin bike.

Works great with Zwift

Easy to set up and use with Zwift. The snap that connects the chest strap to the electronics could be improved. When removing it, I often feel that I'm going to break the plastic covering if I'm not careful.

Works well with many many apps as well as a Sony Xperia M5 although that particular phone was not mentioned in the list. Also afforable. Using it mostly with EliteHRV
