Instructions suck

I bought this several weeks ago but I have not used it yet because there were no real instructions with it, and on line instructions were confusing. I tried to follow the on line instructions but nothing so far. The app is not easy to follow. I have yet to figure it out. For now I consider it a waste of good money.

Have owned this for 2 years plus, it just works every time. Its been dropped, soaked and worse but just works every time with iphone 6 and Strava.

I bought this app because it was recommended through DDP Yoga. It's easy to use and being able to use it through various apps makes it easier to track and monitor results.

I bought this a few weeks ago because I was fed up with my other Bluetooth heart rate monitor using batteries & dying. This has been great--no connectivity issues, haven't had to change the battery, and works with all the apps I use.

I can't get my heart rate onto Strava

I bought this Heart rate monitor because it was advertised on the Strava site. I thought that it would transmit heart rate data directly to Strava. Instead, I discover I have to track via the wahoo app and then synch with Strava, which means starting and stopping two different apps on the phone which is wrapped round my arm. It's much more complicated than I had hoped. I have not successfully recorded my heart rate with Strava and this product yet.

I bought the Tickr for it's bluetooth compatibility. I've been riding with an antiquated ANT+ compatible heart rate monitor. I recently purchased a smart trainer which was not compatible with ANT+ technology, so the only way to get my heart rate data was to upgrade to bluetooth. The Tickr answered the call and so far has worked flawlessly. I like the adjustable strap and the snap to connect to the transmitter. I also like the LED lights to indicated that it's working both from a battery power and data transmission standpoint (red and blue lights).

I just used the product and second time i had a problem with connection with my smartphone, but the wahoo team sent me some info that help me with the problem. Rigth now it's working very well and the app gave me value information. I'm happy with my purchase and i recommend it. Thanks Wahoo.
