Good but some connectivity issues

Works great, app is simple and gets the job done. However, connectivity could be better. For the most part, the HRM connected but if I have a couple layers on, I found it losing connectivity pretty easily. Waa
It was quite frustrating.
And I also am having trouble sharing with partner apps.

Really Easy to Use

I have trained with heart rate monitors since 1988. Up until recently, I always used other products. My other product kept dropping my heart rate. Why use a HR monitor if its not accurate? I switched to the TICKR, and it has been a real eye-opener. Its dependable, I know whether its working by looking at the LEDs, I love the apps, I cycle, walk, and do strength training and there is an app that covers each. I am a satisfied customer.

Took me a little bit to figure out how to adjust the chest strap, but it is very comfortable. I should have purchased an additional strap so I could track my heart rate all day.

I purchased a Tickr HR monitor and am extremely happy with it. The link up is super fast and the readings are accurate. No problems whatsoever.

Corroded Snaps. FAIL !

I have had no connection issues with this HR monitor, it has always worked flawlessly indoors and out for ~1 year. Today while putting it on the snap broke off. These snaps should be made out of stainless steel and not aluminum to resist corrosion. I'll buy another one but this time I'll clean it with an anti-corrosion product.

BLE fine,won't broadcast ant,support poor

Bought this because of dual band. Can't get any any reviever to pick up there hrm. BLE works fine on iPhone with strava,MotiFIT,and wahoo app.
Support sent me a bunch of things to check on my iPhone !?! (Wifi,reboot,bounce network) huh? Ble fine.

Pairs great with my cycle meter app

I got this a couple of weeks ago and have used it 6 days a week since and I really like how easy it was to set up.
I also like how it pairs with multiple devices eg Apple Watch , iPhone and my refltk plus

I have been using this 3-4 times a week for several months now and the product is comfortable and seems to always give me the correct results. I have no problems with this product.
