Good value, easy set-up, Dead battery

Lightweight, easy to use, good value. Everything about this unit is what you want a HRM to be. The only negative is that it arrived with a dead battery. I would suggest they ship them with a separately packaged new battery instead.

poor design!

Just tried this HR monitor after using a Polar for a couple of years. After a few weeks of use I have ditched it and gone back to my polar. The accuracy of HR does not seem right but my main problem is that the monitor continually pops off in the middle of a workout. Makes it pretty much unusable.

I purchased the Wahoo Tickr a month ago after the HR monitor I was previously usingwent on the fritz. So far I have gotten accurate readings w/o issues. Glad I purchased it and wish I had sooner.

Great monitor, but o-ring seal is not durable

The product works great, love having both Bluetooth and ANT+. Strap much more durable than Garmin's. Battery replacement is easy. However, the o-ring is fragile, and should be replaced with the battery. Seal failure caused water to get inside the unit. Wahoo should sell replacement o-rings.

TICKR Dual Compatibility

I bought this to replace a misplaced Wahoo HR monitor. It is an upgrade over the older version. I especially like the ANT+ and Bluetooth compatibility. I pair the TICKR with a Garmin head unit when I'm on the road, but I pair it with the Wahoo phone app when I track my indoor workouts. It paired easily with both. I also appreciate that changing the battery is a tools-free task and very easy (although I haven't had to change it out on this unit yet).
