Looks great - short on space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrig looks nice, fingerless front. The reason digit 4 Stars is because the bins are not very sturdy nor are they big. For a big refrigerator it doesn’t seem to hold much. We have 2 people and it’s full. The water dispenser is difficult to figure. Our with the measured amounts of water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for almost 2 weeks now and am very pleased with the overall quality of the product. This is the first KitchenAid refrigerator I have ever owned and when I am ready to replace my stove and dishwasher, I will go with KitchenAid as well. While it took several attempts to get it right, I love the ability to set the water dispenser for a specific amount of water each time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our latest Kitchenaid Refrigerator for the past 4 months and unfortunately the quality of this side-by-side is not what you’d call a top quality appliance. The exterior door ice dispenser throws the cubes all over the place and lucky if it lands in the glass. Additionally, the fit and finish is poor and both the freezer and refrigerator has excess moisture within which is probably due to a poor gasket seal and lastly, the vegetable drawer does not slide in and out smoothly. I would not recommend this refrigerator to other potential buyers
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Badly used space, etc.

Too much wasted space created by not enough bins on the fridge door and not enough shelves in the fridge and not enough shelves in the freezer. Very hard to track down needed shelves and bin. Drawers in both fridge and freezer are way way too small. Our 2003 KitchenAid side by side had way more space in the drawers. External ice dispenser noisy and slow. External water dispenser water flow messy. Measured dispenser feature is useless and hard to figure out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good ice, cheap plastic drawers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good fridge. I LOVE the ice maker, the way it pulls out and is super easy to access large quantities of ice from the inside. It's only been one month but everything all good so far.
Interior drawers feel super cheap and don't slide well. Plastic feels close to breaking and I don't have much faith that they'll last long, but I could be wrong.
Didn't come with as many interior shelves and interior door bins as I would have liked and buying replacement/additional ones is nearly half the price of a whole new fridge which is crazy.
Too bad it doesn't come in all white. Would have been a much cleaner, non-industrial look in my bright modern kitchen. So hard to find a modern white counter-depth fridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!
