I just wish that the shelves on the side were a little bit deeper not much just a little. The positives 1) it’s very quiet. 2) Super easy to take out the bins and stuff to clean. Enough shelves about the refrigerator and freezer section to organize your food.

New refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the refrigerator for 6 months now and it’s ok! I am not a fan of the flimsy drawers for produce and such. Both the doors could have another shelf option. The ice machine is able to keep up with us. The outside cleans easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quality suffers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In general, it's apparent why there is a significant price difference between our previous Sub-Zero side-by-side and this new Kitchenaid side-by-side. More specifically, the crisper drawer design is cheap. The drawers don't have rollers for easy/smooth pull out and push back. They catch/stick with the slightest mis-alignment angle. Similar with the butter shelf cover. It does not open smoothly. We kinda had little choice, as the builder only offered a Kitchenaid product line.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks better than they are

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose KitchenAid appliances because they looked like durable quality products, however I am finding it not to be the case. The refrigerator crispers are constantly coming apart and the door handles are lose.
