Two junk fridges in a row

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator replaced an identical one purchased 7/28/23 after 6 unsuccessful service visits to adress a noisy fill valve for the ice maker. Maytag and Whirlpool have always been our favorite brands so we decided to give them a chance to redeem their reputation.Soon after delivery we noticed a tinny ratte when the compressor was running and before a service visit could be scheduled the fill valve started howling. Now there is also a water leak under the left front corner. We're completely disappointed with the company's "quality" control. I rated it one star because there is no way to give it zero stars.

Excellent Refrigerator But With One Drawback

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Kitchenade side by side refrigerator over a month ago. Enjoy all the new features plus the filtered water and ice have a refreshing and healthy taste. However, I feel the drawers on this new refrigerator need improving. They do not slide very easily and appear to slightly inferior to the rest of the refrigerator features. Other than the drawers, I absolutely love my new stainless steel kitchen appliance!

Works Great and Has Nice Interior Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We initially did not buy a KitchenAid because of some poor reviews but ended up with this model after warranty issues with two similar Whirlpool refrigerators in less than 3 months. Thanks to Whirlpool for "making it right" for us! This refrigerator has none of the issues I read about in other customers reviews, in fact it is great, no issues at all with it's operation or interior shelves and drawers. Everything works and fits as it should. I will say this in closing the interior is significantly better than it's Whirlpool counterparts. I recommend spending the extra $$$$ to get the KitchenAid.

Good, except it doesn’t keep your food cold

We have had this for a month now and have had lots of food go bad. It finally took us until tonight to figure out the issue. Sadly it’s the same as the rest of the other one star reviews and ice builds up on the coils and prevents any cooling. The freezer side works great
Pros- it looks great and I love the size of it.
Cons - it doesn’t keep your food cold.

Poor Design

Not happy with this refrigerator. Purchased 1.5 years ago and have had right door replaced 3 times and it still is not flush with left door. Hinges at bottom are exposed and it looks like there is a cover plate missing - except that is how it is designed. The water line constantly freezes up and we have to use a hair dryer for 15 minutes blowing on panel in back of refrig to get water flowing again to water dispenser and ice cube maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a fan of this refrigerator. The shelves and drawers are cheaply made and do not work smoothly, and the overall use of space is not the best. I give it two stars because it does keep things cold, even if it isn't efficient.
