Not Happy with Loudness when Compressor kicks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On start up was making a Loud noise and Still Is I Called Customer Service (sounded like it was from compressor) I was told this is Normal per there readout and unless its not cooling they can not send a Service Tech out ? I said it should have a sticker or notice on Fridge Stating its very Noisy .If I have know this,I would not have bought !!!! I thought Kitchen Aid was A Top Notch Brand ?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Kitchen Aid superior made compare to Samsung.

Don’t Do It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Donor buy from kitchenaid or whirlpool. We got a brand new house with brand new appliances. Our refrigerator stopped working within 2 months of moving in. Completely broken which luckily was under warranty. We are now going on a MONTH and still do not have a new refrigerator. It is a manufacturer defect yet we are the ones to suffer. Not to mention the ice maker never worked in the first place. Absolutely not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good interior space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator 4 months ago and had to have it replaced immediately because there were dents in the stainless steel, the middle drawer did not fit so that the entire shelf that it was suspended from came out when attempting to open it, and the doors were misaligned. The second one is better, however the quality of the drawers and the slides are extremely cheap and sometimes difficult to close properly. It seems reasonable to think that on such an expensive appliance, the drawers would have smooth sliding mechanisms not just grooves that the cheap plastic drawers slide in. Otherwise, the interior space is better than our previous side-by-side. The interior lighting in both the fridge and freezer are great. Overall, a decent appliance.
