Poor design of drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the one fridge we were allowed to choose for our home with our builder. The drawers toward the bottom of the fridge fall out when they are opened halfway. They also do not come out easily. They are not held securely. This is a defect for the fridge design. The last fridge did the same thing. For the price this should not be happening and I have never owned a fridge that did this.

Enjoying my new refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was use to a 25 cubic ft. refrigerator and Um missing the extra room in the deli, fresh vegetables, and meat storage areas. As a whole I am enjoying my new refrigerator. I will probably someday order another shelf for the refrigerator side and another door shelf. I do like the counter fit.

My one complaint is that the shelves in the doors are oddly spaced and there is little room for adjustment. I find them difficult to make use of and there should be one more shelf.

What I don't like is the drawers in the refrigerator because when I pull one out, the all come out at the same time. Not sure if this is a design flaw or what.

Nice fridge but not enough shelfs.

However, my only complaint is that not enough shelves are included with the purchase. I purchased another shelf and bin for the door. Enclosed is a picture of the wasted space that could be utilized by another shelf in my freezer

Unreliable and shoddy

Bought this fridge in 2021. Goner by 2024. At first, I loved this fridge. Looked great for a non built-in, tons of space and storage. Since purchase we’ve had to replace the controller twice and fixed ice maker once. The ice maker regularly accumulates frost and ice in the moving parts and has to be chipped out. The door on the fridge side dropped about 1/4 inch which may not seem like much but definitely noticeable. Sometimes the freezer will stop working and as soon as we call a repair person it starts working again. Ice maker has completely gone out again and decided not to fix it since we’re doing a complete kitchen remodel and going with a built-in. Definitely not another kitchen aid.
