[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Badly engineered product. Unit is way too small, is quite noisy with ice and water distribution, and seems as if there is no cabinet insulation at all. Cheap plastic drawers, and ineffective rails to run on. Limited cabinet and drawer space. No clock, and the ice maker switch is located inside the door, and behind the ice container which must be removed to access it.
I would give a 2 star rating, but, the unit does get cold. On my unit, something is loose inside the refrigerator door
behing the panel; rattles everytime I close the door.
You would think with all my complaints I would have sent the unit back. Truth is I would have had I not been ill and unable to do so. Really disappointed.

Good Refrigerator with Nice Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this refrigerator to replace the same model that was seven years old. We like the design and the water/ice dispenser. The freezer and refrigerator are separate systems and independent of each other. The ice maker works well as does the water/ice dispenser in the door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love This KitchenAid Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with our purchase so far and this counter-depth model really looks great in our kitchen. We bought this 1 month ago to replace our 18-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator that was very reliable. The water and ice dispensers are easy to use and are a big improvement over our old one. The measured water flow was a very pleasant surprise we weren't initially aware of. The bright LED lighting inside is a big plus!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great fridge

Kitchen Aid for everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I was of the mind I will never bother with Kitchen Aid(KA) appliances but I do have a KA stand mixer which is the gold standard!
So we bought a KA refrigerator and it's awesome and now all I want is to replace my other appliances with KA!
Our last round of appliances was all Electrolux and one by one they have given us issues enough that Electrolux is old news and we won't go with that brand anymore!
The KA is well built and quiet! I love the ice maker and the water is sublime:)
Only one small complaint, the interior materials could be a little more robust but it's only unfounded concern at the moment?
I would buy again and would recommend without hesitation!
I'd rate 4.5 out of 5.

Roomy and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge and freezer section work well maintaining temperature and making ice. It is very quiet except for the water flow to the ice maker.
One complaint. There is a very sharp edge on the top, inside of the pull-out drawer handles. I have cut my finger once already. Definitely a defect there.
How do I get this corrected?

Dents and dings multiple deliveries multiple units

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Concealed damage. We inspected all the delivery units. It wasn't until the plastic wrap was removed that the dings and dents were visible. The places that were dented and dinged were well packed.

This time it was one dent in the freezer door. I accepted the delivery. The last few had multiple dents in both doors.
The refrigerator using both the air purifiers packages that come with the refrigerator, keeps fruits and veggies (when stored in snap lock glass containers) for close to a month.
Salads greens are crisp for weeks past the best-use-by-date. Carrots lasts weeks past the best use by date.
The refrigerator is to small for me. I'm single and eat all my meals at home. I shop every two to three weeks.
A friend dropped off fruits and veggies in a very large plastic bag. I put it in a crisping draw and a month later I ate them. I forgot I had them.
Tasted like I just bought them
