[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refridgerator for about 2 weeks now and it's capacity is much less than I expected. The bigger issue is that the door (especially the fronts that click onto the drawers themselves) and very "chinsy," cheap. Not made well at all (one of them has already come completely off and we've had to reaffix it).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crisper drawer - no rollers??!!

We had the previous model which had rollers on the crisper drawer, which worked well. This new model - they took the rollers off so that the drawer doesn’t slide in straight or easily. So disappointing. It’s a major daily aggravation,

Cheaply made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not too many choices for side by side with water/ice maker. I was in a hurry to replace my défunct fridge and this one met my needs. And it is good looking. However the inside is so cheaply made. The drawers are plastic and don’t slide in and out smoothly. For the price, it should be better quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the quality I expect from KitchenAid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not the level of quality I expect from KitchenAid. The freezer door sensor wasn't seated properly, flush with the inside. The produce door shelf isn't anchored securely, so when the produce door is pulled out, the shelf flips up. Lastly, the insert in the drip tray doesn't fit well in the plastic tray. The older models were worth the extra cost. Newer model seems cheaply made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on April 16 and was very disappointed in the quality of the drawers. So cheaply made. They don’t slide smoothly. I called the store where I purchased it thinking I could exchange it before 30 days. They wouldn’t do it. So now I’m stuck with it. It looks great on the outside but I expected greater quality for the price.
