[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy. First one broke in 4 hrs. Got replacement. Inside drawers cheap and flimsy. Hard to pull all way out because main doors do not open a full 180, only about 100 degrees or so. Keep things cold but that's about the only good thing to say. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this company insisted I review.

Worst appliance ever

WARNING DO NOT BUY. This is quite literally, the worst appliance ever. Not just the worst refrigerator (yes, it is that, too) but the worst appliance. Ours stopped making ice about 3 months in and now just two years in every single shelf and drawer has an issue. And it is loud. The rubber around the doors is detaching. It is literally unbelievable how bad this thing is.

Terrible Refrigerator - Exploded after 1 week!

The heating element in the freezer exploded. I had melted black plastic all over my food and nasty black soot inside the freezer. I had to throw away every item and the smell permeated my home for days. I have issues with all of the four Kitchen Aid appliances I purchased.

I bought this in March of 2020 along with whole package deal microwave dishwasher electric range and so on microwave lasted 2 years and fridge was working good til 2023 then it all went down hill like most other complaints freezing up behind the bottom 2 drawers ice up the back happens quite frequently had few parts replaced and still does it. It’s junk shoulda got Lg or Bosch. Ruined hundreds of dollars of food because of this substandard product. Guess they just don’t make them like they use to. WPULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY!!!! Would give 0 or negative stars if I could
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice frig but after 7 years its trash

Bought this model 7 years ago (we got the 5 year extended warranty). Over the past 3 weeks the refrigerator temp goes to 50 deg (no icing issues at all). Stays at 50 deg for a day or two, then returns to normal. A senior tech could not figure out the problem. I replaced the control board two days ago and it work until this morning when it returned to 50 deg. So this is what high efficiency appliances gets us? Do not buy. I noticed on an appliance blog, that others have similar problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love it! We bought this recently to replace our old refrigerator and love it. The exterior does not show fingerprints and it is easy to open and close. The inside is roomy (we added one more shelve ) and provides us with the storage we need. Shelves are sturdy and love that side shelves are made of glass which makes them more durable.
