Nice Features but with reservations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had A KitchenAid appliance other than a mixer. I liked the mixer so well that I decided when it came time to replace my kitchen to use all KitchenAid appliances. All the appliances are now installed. I absolutely love the microwave the stove and the dishwasher. The refrigerator is not up to the same standards as the other three appliances. It is noticeably inferior in engineering. The drawers inside the refrigerator are loose and they are hard to open and close sometime. it is a very poor design that I would expect from a standard Hotpoint or Basic Whirlpool refrigerator.
Another aspect that disappoints me about it is that it doesn't have the high sheen that the other three appliances have. The stainless steel is dull in comparison.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first side by side I’ve actually enjoyed. My only requirements were to fit a gallon of milk in the fridge and a frozen pizza in the freezer. This one does both.
Honestly, I wish the shelves were a little bit deeper and I will probably look to buy a few extra bins for the doors, but everything else is great. Food is kept at an even temp. The doors open and close quietly. You don’t have to close one before the other. 9/10.

Great Size and Features

Looks great in my renovated kitchen

I bought this refrigerator a year ago. Love the counter depth, it fits nicely in my renovated kitchen, I didn’t want a fridge that would over power my kitchen, this one is perfect. Very sharp looking refrigerator, the handles add elegance to the fridge. Has been very efficient, makes lots of ice.
An improvement would be to make the drawers roll smoothly and better rubber sealing, I get some condensation on the inside of my freezer door.

Has potential

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had fridge for a couple of months. No issues so far.?However, drawers are extremely sub par. Not operationally smooth AT ALL. That’s unacceptable and inconvenient, especially for a name like a kitchen Aid! Also, the trim on the bottom of the fridge has exposed areas that are dust and “gunk” collectors. Very cheap plastic along bottom which can break off very easily. Overall, aesthetically and functionally nice, but expect more from this brand. Let’s see reliability!

Good, Not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good refrigerator. But doesn't seem to be made as solid as my previous Kitchenaid that lasted only 15 years. I actually think the shelves are laid out better, but it's more 'plasticky'
Also, I haven't figured out how to read the freezer and refrigerator temperaturesz on teh front panel, it's a mystery.

Ample space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator. I'm glad we ordered the higher refrigerator which adds some space to the inside. Disappointed that even though we planned sufficient space, according to the specs, for the door to open enough to remove the drawers, we are not able to do so.
