Has potential but has serious issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first one had a freezer and Ice-maker that didn’t work. The second one has a shelf and bin that doesn’t work. It wasn’t easy to find a number to call and request help. I am waiting to have a service rep come out. The ice dispenser splatters all over. I do like the look of the refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good except for drawers

Does what a fridge should

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge works fine, it keeps food cold. It is easy to keep clean. The one thing I dislike are the drawers for fresh produce as they are poorly constructed and are difficult to open and close.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is lovely, but one of our vegetable crisper drawers and corresponding shelf falls off its bracket when pulling the drawer open. We will be contacting the company for a solution.

Wondering about quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this refrigerator for a month and the front of the crisper drawer fell off. Had to empty the drawer remove from the refrigerator and figure out how to reattached. You would think construction would be better on this refrigerator.
