Not enough space!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the style of stainless is nice- the side by side is a joke. Our builder substituted (without approval) this in place of the French door. In addition, the handles are nice but uneven. This was an upgraded appliance package so they all match and we like the dishwasher and stove. The handle issue-we were told is a problem with all of them. Overall size in fridge is ridiculously insufficient. Especially the drawers! I am deeply disappointed. Kitchen aid is generally good quality. The sizing and overall style is not. Need better quality control and a newer style.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new KitchenAid refrigerator is excellent. Ice and water features work well. The only negatives might be the drawers, which aren't as sturdy as an appliance in this price range should be, and they seem smaller than those in our previous refrigerator.

Can’t get center drawer brackets in refrigerator

Had it delivered yesterday and they dropped it in gave them a nice tip and told them it was shaking and they tried to make it ok then left

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint is with the middle drawer (humidity controlled). It doesn't roll out and in easily and drops down when pulled out.

Solid fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is impressive in appearance. However, the shelves and drawers are nowhere near the quality expected in a Kitchenaid appliance. The drawers do not open and close smoothly or sit level on the track and the shelves have sharp edges that are capable of causing injuries. The refrigerator did not come with sufficient shelves or drawers to accommodate the available storage space. It was necessary to purchase additional drawers and bins. This rating is based on Kitchenaid products previously purchased.

Bright and roomy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best refrigerator we’ve bought so far. However, the only downside is the ice maker. It doesn’t seem to be able to keep up with our demand for ice water. Our old Kitchen Aid didn’t seem to have a problem delivering ice for just us two older adults.
