Right Size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a counter depth refrigerator and this one fit the bill. It was the right size with all the added features that I wanted. I would have preferred white to go with my other appliances, but the stainless steel looks fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looks great and matches well with all of my other Monogram appliances in my kitchen - I wanted a finger print resistant refrigerator and Monogram doesn't offer this feature. Sadly, the front dented easily within the first month of ownership when a mug fell and hit the front of it. The other feature that could use some work is the ice dispenser - you have to hit the pad in a very specific location to dispense ice, it works well, just have to get used to finding this spot and guests have been challenged by it. All in all, good easy to organize, beautiful looking, stays cold and lights up well inside. Happy I made this choice.

Great refrigerator

We had to buy a shelf for the freezer where there was a space for one which was not included and an additional small door rack for the refrigerator. Even though this is smaller than our last refrigerator, everything fits well.

KitchenAid email wastes my time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] KitchenAid constantly sends emails despite me telling them not to send marketing email. This is really annoying and takes away from the entire customer experience. Use caution if you give them your email on warranty registration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I’m very satisfied with this Kitchen Aid refrigerator which was an upgrade over the standard Whirlpool. The ice machine is quiet and has worked well as had the refrigerator overall. Owners manual does not adequately explain the ice and water functions and the drawers are hard low grade plastic that break or crack easily. I’m overall pleased with functionality and performance although I’ve only had it for about 1 month.

Great features, Nice and sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. We are pleased with our side by side refrigerator so far. Its pretty roomy for a counter depth size. I love that it has 3 drawers in the fridge and 2 in the freezer. The reason for only 4 stars is the drawers are kind of flimsy . I would have expected more solid construction from this brand. Hopefully they will hold up in the long run.
