Problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With in the first month my fridge quit dispensing water and making ice. Had to call technician out to find out that there’s a tank in the back that froze over not allowing water to pass through. Absolutely frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The frig is about 2 months old. The water dispenser stops working sporadically. Possibly from freezing up. It’s extremely annoying for a brand new and expensive product.

Good not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this refrigerator but it has 3 minor items we wish were better. First, the egg compartment design is flawed in that the lid flip up too low to prevent taking eggs out without removing whole carton. Second, the crisper drawers do not slide out easily and must be lifted slightly to slide. Third, the door soon began squeaking and seems to be an ongoing thing. We were sent some grease but no instructions on how to apply without removing door which is not possible for us. Ice maker working good and the rest of the refrigerator is fine.

Good storage, but noisy, ice maker broke 7 days in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator makes all kinds of noise. It gurgles, and also makes loud almost engine like noises. The ice maker stopped working after 7 days, but we have a repair ticket in for that. The storage is good.

The fridge is below my expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've replaced the LG French door with this one (we wanted the cleaner look and to match the rest of the kitchen). The build quality of the new counter-depth side-by-side Kitchenaid is not what I expected! The worst thing is the drawers! They not moving on rollers! The feel is like rough plastic on plastic.
We like only the look of it! Nicely feals the cabinet and does not stick out.

Drawers are cheaply made; not enough door shelves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator drawers are cheaply made such that they don't close easily - especially the fruit and vegetable bins. Also, not counting the egg keeper, there were only 4 door shelves. I had to order another one when it should have come with the refrigerator.
