Issues with the body

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door hinge developed a creaking grinding sound. When we called for a repair they sent us grease to grease the hinge. It hasn’t worked. Scheduled someone to come out. Bottom drawers are very cheaply made and flimsy. The frig is only six months old
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is very nice. I wanted another door bin frame and bin and had to order from an aftermarket vendor. Why can's KitchenAid sell the product? I think the parts are expensive and a way to skim more money from the consumer, especially after I paid a hefty price for the refrigerator.

New 22.6 cu ft fridge with outside water/ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are mostly happy with the new fridge. Biggest complaint is the exterior ice dispenser. It is very loud and if the cup is not right up by the ejector ice will go everywhere but the cup. Disappointed in this aspect. Our old Frigidaire ice dispenser was much better than this new one. Disappointing.
