Interior Containers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do like our purchase; however, I find the interior containers very cheap and not at all easy to slide open and close. Why couldn't they put in soft close drawers? I see old advertisements for Fridges from the 50s and 60s and they look better made than ones made today.

Disappointed!!

3 weeks after purchasing it, it stopped dispensing water and ice.
We got rid of our old LG because we had so much trouble with the ice maker!!
I called Kitchenaide regarding this issue and they got made an appointments with their service provider…8 days out. Really?
I am very disappointed and annoyed at the time it will take to fix a brand new fridge!!!!

Nice refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is very nice, very good features and very nice looking. It has plenty of storage shelves and drawers. The middle storage drawer droops down when you open it, almost like it’s off it’s rails but we’re told it’s supposed to to that to allow easy access. The top drawer doesn’t do that, it’s a little weird. The refrigerator side door had a dent in it, was replaced by seller free of charge. So far, had it one month, we are pleased with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for about 45 days. the control panel does not lay flat with the door. I find that the unit can be noisy at times. Plent of room but don't feel it was worth the extra cost.

Love the styling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last kitchen aid fridge lasted 22 years with zero trouble. That’s why I was surprised when after operating normally for three weeks the water dispenser stopped working. Apparently it’s an internal valve. It’s been a week, and I’m without filtered water and ice.
The ice holder is a little tricky to remove, and it’s nuts to have to remove it to access the switch. On the plus side, the white interior and bright lights make finding things a snap. Drawer space is good. My favorite thing is the handles. I love opening the fridge and feeling those sturdy, easy to grab handles!
