Buyers remorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were under the impression that this was a 25.6 and in fact it is a 22.6. It is much smaller than the previous refrigerator. The storage bins are not very big and are all stanted in the back of drawer preventing very much storage. If this was what you wanted it would be fine. Goof quality refregerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not perfect...but, still like it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a nice refrigerator. Looks very sleek. The ice and water feature works well. We did have a random ice cube shoot across the floor...but, hope that was just because the freezer wasn't 100% cold. The bottom side shelf in the freezer doesn't lock into place.The door is molded plastic inside, so I chose not to mess with replacing the door, or the entire refrigerator. The biggest negative is that the 2 bottom drawers don't slide well. It's not a fix...just the way it's designed. I do like that they are clear and you can see in them.

Great fridge - two tiny issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great fridge I especially love the ice in the door to give me more room and the measured fill for water. The measured fill and the fact it counts ounces of water even effeminate not using the measured fill are my son's favorite feature. The only issues I have are the bottle holder and the door self bins. The bother holder, as someone who doesn't drink wine I was going to utilize this space to hold cans, unfortunately the wires are just a tiny bit too long. I now need to go and find some plastic out something that I can set in there so that i can use it. As for the door bins, there simply are not enough, I wanted to buy two more but I can figure out where. I called kitchenaid customer service and was on hold forever so I tried the chat feature where he told me that the model number (I read straight out of my fridge) doesn't exist.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Product BUT could be Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for a Kitchen aid fridge whose freezer component died and could not be repaired. The new refrigerators seem to be not as solidly made as the older models; plastic drawers that do not open and close easily and sometimes come apart.
I would like to have had one more shelving unit in the door and one more shelve in the freezer. Nice to have the freezer side by side. Also I had to turn the frig temperature up from the recommended because the products in the upper shelve were freezing.

major flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Dec. 11,2021 after 3 days water and ice didnot work, Repair came Dec. 21,2021 Had to order part would take a week. water reservoir froze up and cracked water reservoir. Repair says no fan or way to keep from freezing, we will see, they will install Dec.29.

Small drawers , cheap materials ,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a set to match range , dishwasher , microwave. First I had to get a carpenter to raise my cabinets because it is taller than my old fridge. Then I noticed one of the cheap plastic drawers was broken on the deli bin. They will replace it after reporting it to customer service . All of the drawers on this appliance are the same cheap plastic and are wobbly. They are also very small in capacity,
The ice dispenser is very loud and ice sprays out in all directions.
It is a major disappointment for me from a brand of product I expected to be high quality .

Great appliance but hard to get!
