Freezer on bottom is terrible.
You site is terrible could not register models #'s did not match.
1 Year warranty is terrible no confidence in your product? Had to purchase extended warranty.

Quality disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator to replace an older fridge of the same model. It looks very The refrigerator looks very nice. The water dispenser failed within 3 days of installation. After having service come out twice, the issue persisted. The front of one of the drawer pulled off after 4 weeks and there is a loud clicking when the freezer door is opened. The quality compared to my 17 year refrigerator has clearly gone downhill! It is being replaced.

continuous problem with the water/ice dispenser

Selected this model for our new home. Within the first year we had so many issues and service calls for the dispenser they replaced the refrigerator. The second refrigerator was delivered 12/2/21 and in two weeks the dispenser stopped working. I waited a couple of weeks for parts to arrive and to be installed. Here it is one year later, and the same thing happened. No more ice or water!!! KitchenAid refuses to extend the warranty. Very unhappy with this product and would not buy from them again.

Getting a replacement on day two?

Water dispenser quit working on day 8

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hey all, I’d love to leave a great review for this refrigerator. 8 days after it was installed the water dispenser stopped working. Eventually the ice maker also stopped working. Because of the holidays, it took a few weeks for someone to come out and look at it. Parts are now on order and it will be a few more weeks before they can come back. When you pay full price for a relatively expensive refrigerator and it becomes a ‘refurbished’ refrigerator within 10 days - it’s really disappointing. If I could return it to the store for a fully functional brand new applicance I would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality not as I used to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Kitchen Aid fan very disappointed in thr brand . I initially had thr same model that had plenty of cooling issue , leaking, shelves frail and cracking . Color inside fading.... since it was under the manufacturer warranty they made me pay to have it replaced . The new one has no issues as of now but thr quality of the drawers is so cheap . The grey on the drawers is already fading . Hasn't been a year yet .

Need more shelves
