Love new Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my new refrigerator after waiting 5 months, it seem like forever but worth the wait. Have had Kitchen Aid appliances for over 30 years. This new refrigerator has some features I really like ie: air filter, produce filter and led lighting. Ice maker seems loud but then again how many times a day is it used. I am more organized with side-by-side than french door model. Whats not to love!

Beautiful designed counter depth refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research on counter depth side-by-side refrigerators and this KitchenAid model met all of my expectations. Sleek design With shelving and drawers providing more than adequate space.
Ice maker and water dispenser noisier than my previous refrigerator. Took a while to get use to.
Easier to clean finger prints from "print shield" finish.
We are very satisfied with this Kitchenaid side by side refrigerator!

Good fridge with a couple hiccups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll make this short and sweet. Great fridge overall. Main door has LOUD hideous squeak every time door is opened. Common problem and relatively easy fix, google it. Ice maker seems to frost a lot under the ice bin, not an easy task to remove. Door water freezes occasionally, air flow and how you fill it is critical to this not happening. If it does rearrange or reduce the stuff near the area below the ice bin and it should resolve overnight.

Too Early To Tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new refrigerator and shopped around and decided on the Kitchen Aid. We like the counter debt, as it gives us more room in the kitchen. We like the room in the freezer and bright lights. Same for the refrigerator side, lots of adjustable shelves and bright lights. It makes more noise than I would like when the water is filling up the ice compartment, but it is only for a few seconds. The shelving is a very light weight plastic, I guess they just do not make them as heavy as they used too. The freezer cooled down fairly quickly, but the refrigerator side took about 6 hours to get cold enough to put food in it. We kept our our old Kenmore and put it in the garage as a back up.
