Super Quiet

Nice capacity for a counter-depth refrigerator, super quiet, and I really like the no-fingerprint stainless finish plus it's easy to operate. I'll be good to it so I hope it will be good to me!

We want to purchase an additional refrigerator door bin. This is proving very difficult. KitchenAid should have this on their website.

Too few shelves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered two extra shelves for the refrigerator and one for the freezer as there were an insufficient number. They were very costly. The instructions to make changes to the door codes are difficult to follow. Plenty of room in both and finish is nice.

Over priced and poor build quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased an entire Kitchenaid Appliance Package about 4 months ago. The refrigerator is not worth the price. The interior quality, especially the plastic drawers (and shelves) are flimsy, with sharp plastic edges where you pull; they do not slide very well either. I worry that they will crack or break in the near future as they are cheaply made. Also, the ice cubes take on odors from food stored on the refrigerator side.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good looking

I bought this 2 weeks ago and was very happy with the purchase as it is a very good looking refrigerator inside out. It has good space as well, in fact much more than regular counter-depth ones. However, after only a week it stopped dispensing water and making ice. The person who came to fix it said that the water pipes were frozen inside the fridge due to air coming out of spaces and sealed the same. The only hope is that it doesn’t happen again as it is a hassle to reach out to customer service and schedule service calls.
I would recommend this to a friend!
