Has Some Querks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I like the frig. Some querks are that throughout the day the ice door periodically opens and closes. Also, once in a while the frig makes a real tinny sound when running. I do wish the water would dispense faster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement refrigerator for another bran that died after 18 months. We have been very pleased with it. The ice maker seemed small, but we have never been without ice. And both my husband and I love ice. There is plenty room to store tall bottles on the door or in the frig. Overall this is my preferred brand.

Quality is slipping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased refrigerator in November, delivered timely but freezer door was defective (mounted higher than the refrigerator side door). Spent hours and hours with customer service and finally reached a supervisor that agreed I should not have to wait 14 to 16 weeks to get a replacement door. Yesterday, Februrary 18th the replacement refrigerator arrived and it has the same issue (although not at bad).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a year and we love the clear drawers to see what’s inside without opening. The bottle rack feature is also great for narrow packages like English muffins and French bread. We love and use the exterior ice and water feature constantly. The print shield finish is so easy to clean and will continue to look like new in the years to come. We are very pleased.

Broke after two months!!!

Great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our KitchenAid fridge for a little over a year now. The counter depth feature is a plus in our newly remodeled kitchen. We also like the fridge lighting inside as other fridges only have lighting in the back and makes the fridge look dark.
