Well designed. Counter depth a plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 3 wks ago. Make small cubes that fit in smaller openings on water bottles. Didn’t need the wine rack but some would like the feature. So far very happy. Ice maker not too loud can’t fit a cookie sheet inside but knew that because of its size

Outside beautiful, inside not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hadnthis installed a couple of weeks ago. Have had many Kitchenaid appliances in the past so am very familiar with their quality.
The good: The outside and look of the refrigerator is very nice. The new stainless finish really does help with the fingerprint issue that stainless stell appliances have. The handle is very substantial and also hide finger prints. The frig is very quiet(except for when the ice dumps) and holds true to temp.
The bad: Unfortunately the outside water dispenser is not user friendly for water bottle refills. We had a GE Monogram which was way easier to fill disposable water bottles with. The trigger for this dispenser is too stiff to use them.
The inside of the refrigerator is horrible. Where the outside is Kitchenaid quality and sturdy, the inside is pretty cheap with thin plastic drawers that don't slide smoothly and feel like they are ready to break. The compartments on the door also feel flimsy and I am concerned about the amount of items they can hold safely. Compartments for vegetables are very small and shallow so getting two semi large heads of lettuce put away needs to go in seperate compartments.
So over all, I have had a Kitchenaid mixer for 40 years and it is still going strong. Love it. This refrigerator, not so much.

Great Fridge

Nice but...

good. The drawers move poorly, one seems to catch and move cockeyed.

Beautiful frig

nice finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Print Shield finish seems to be a winner. I don't see prints yet. Inside of the refrigerator seems to be quite large. However, the vegetable bin is awfully small. If one is supposed to eat 5 fruits and vegees daily where to put them? Not enough shelves in the freezer. I ordered one after an AWFUL time on the website. That site is horrible--wouldn't bring up my model # and when I phoned and got the correct part #, it wouldn't bring that up either! Repair on that is in order.
