Decrease of Storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have given this refrigerator only 4 stars because it does not have as good a storage design as my old KitchenAid refrigerator. The placement of the shelves does not allow for as much storage and the produce and vegetable drawers are smaller. Also, the shelves on the door are smaller. I am adapting to this, but it is disappointing. My old KitchenAid counter-depth side by side was the same size but would accommodate more. I do like the other newer features like the led lighting, water and ice dispenser, having the water filter in a more convenient place and the improved ice dispenser. Overall I am very happy with the refrigerator but just wish it was designed to accommodate more in the space available.

DANGER WARNING

The refrigerator fell apart within a few hours of receipt. When my mother was putting jars into the top bin in the door, the bin fell off, crashing jars on top of her foot, injuring her, and pulling down the other bins.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ample Space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is ample space to store items on both sides. The ice maker is loud and often sprays ice or water on the floor, you will want to put a rug on the floor. Otherwise, very sleek looking, and love the no fingerprints.
