Lots of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our fridge in January from a local Kitchen Aid dealer. We were sold on it being a side-by-side that was counter depth. When it was set up, we were amazed at the amount of space it allowed (compared to our former counter-depth fridge). We're also loving the lighting inside the fridge because you really can see all the nook and crannies.

Seek and well built!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to get a counter depth fridge due to amount of space that I’m going to loose, but this fridge gives me plenty of space to store my food. I like the side by side feature since I don’t like bottom freezer drawer.

EASY, FUNCTIONAL FEATURES, IMPECCABLE DESIGN

This counter-depth, side-by-side refrigerator is easy to control, keeps food fresh or frozen, and the filter in the produce drawer really does extend the life of produce. The icemaker makes small cubes, which I love, as they fit in any glass. Plus, the design is modern and sophisticated, with straight, textured handles and small metallic red dots on both ends that add a little bit of zip. I want to underscore the straight handles...the curved handles on most appliances are so old-fashioned looking. These are so modern and feel great in the hand. A home run!

Ice Dispenser?

I bought this over a month ago and the ice dispenser has never once worked. A whirlpool serviceman is going to return “soon“ for a third attempt to fix. Will this ever work properly? Or should I give up and begin shopping for something that works. I can’t believe a brand new refrigerator at this price point and the “warranty service” is so poor. Love the design and fit in my kitchen, but otherwise disappointed and will return unless fixed soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this about a week ago. We replaced our 11 year old unit with the same model and moved to old one to the garage. It is the 2nd time with this same refrigerator because of the great quality and uninterrupted service of the old unit. We've only had one problem with leveling the new one. This was not a problem on the older unit. We had to use a home made shim under one of the back rollers this time to level it in the counter space. Everything else is great.
