Attractive but Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the appearance and features of this Kitchenaid refrigerator! But it’s a little smaller than our previous refrigerator! The produce drawers are small & cramped. It’s a good size for two of us but it would not work for a family! The ice maker is noisy and loud when the water fills. We’re adjusting, we like the dedicated wine rack, but it eliminates one entire shelf.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is quiet and roomy and is also very sleek and attractive to the eye and great quality. My last refrigerator was a different brand and was an problem from day one. I can not emphasize enough how fabulous this product is!!

Excellent storage for side by side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love love this refrigerator! Had same style in Kenmore pro before and the storage now compared to the old one is amazing. A couple of inches taller too. The door storage is great in both sides. Ice machine in the door allows for more space inside. I am not a fan bbn of french door model but my husband was not easily convinced until he saw this! Water and ice works great. Ice so far is offering good capacity.

Lovely design undermined by quality control issues

However, the quality of the interior shelves has dropped compared to models from only a few years ago - more lightweight, more plastic. As well, ours was delivered with a nuisance technical problem that took a few service calls to resolve. But it's working very well now - and hopefully it will continue to do so...
