[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my refrigerator back on June, 16th 2021 and we finally received it this past week on Monday, the 18th. I had this same refrigerator in my old house that I purchased when we moved into that house and we loved it! The woman that bought our house purchased this refrigerator with the house. I looked around for another refrigerator I only found one that I felt compared to this one but had to purchase it in the town of that location as I could not get it in the town I was moving to. I located this refrigerator through a store in the town and state I was moving to, but was told it could be a couple of months before I would get it. In my mind I felt it was worth the wait plus this store gave me a loaner refrigerator while I waited for my Kitchenaid to come in. Who would have known it would take 7 months to get but it is here now and I have to say it was worth the wait we absolutely love this refrigerator!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice interior design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for about 3 weeks and so far I am very happy with it. This is the first time of having a counter depth and I love it. It's nice not having the fridge stick out so far past the cabinets! They did a fantastic job of designing the interior on both the fridge and freezer side. There is more than enough room for on both sides. I like having the meat drawer along with the fruit/veggie bins. My other favorite is the butter caddy at the top. I do a lot of baking and therefore need a good spot for the butter. Many refrigerator companies have removed that feature. So far the fingerprint resist is holding up. I was very hesitant about how well this would work as on my last Kitchenaid fridge, I was cleaning fingerprints all the time. Thank you for having this option and I hope someday they will have it on the stove.

This unit works well. The other two were nothing but trouble.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything was working great but now the water dispenser is not working very frustrating waited a while for refrigerator to come in and now 1month in and I already have an issue had my old frig for 18 years with no problems just my luck

Outstanding refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for my new home to match our appliance package from the builder. We love it. Due to it being counter depth it might be a bit small for a larger family, but it’s great for a couple, or small family. Plenty of room.

More trouble than it's worth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this KitchenAid at the recommendation of my appliance guy who said, "Don't buy anything except Whirlpool, KitchenAid or MayTag". I'm starting to question is recommendation.
I am now on my THIRD replacement.
The first one delivered was leaking out of the bottom left door starting from the moment it was plugged in. They sent me a replacement fridge.
The second fridge worked for a little less than a month and then the water and ice delivery stopped working. It turned out the bladder inside the fridge was freezing due to poor seals. They repair guys were out SIX times to do various things to get the bladder to stop freezing. Each time they came out, it worked for a day or two, and then froze again. The last time they came out, whatever they did successfully got the bladder to stop freezing, but then everything in the bottom half of the fridge started freezing. ALL my fruits, veggies and anything I had in the bottom shelves of the door froze solid.
KtichenAid finally replace that fridge with #3, which is in my house now.
Fridge #3 arrived on 3/24/2023. On 4/20/2023, the water and ice stopped working!!! So, less than a month after delivering the new fridge, the exact same issue I had with the last one has started.
If you are reading this review, I HIGHLY recommend NOT purchasing this product. It has issues they have not fixed in manufacturing. Go buy a Samsung of LG!!!

New and Freezer isn’t even freezing after five day

We just had this frig installed 5/24/2023 and it still isn’t even down to 33F on the freezer. Won’t make ice either. I think this frig is a lemon!! We ant our money back
