Great Choice

Nice Looking, However Water Measure is Inaccurate

Only had this for 2 days so far so I cannot comment on quality but can say it looks really nice and holds a decent amount of items as we were used to a full depth before getting this. Lighting looks great and water and ice working well except the one feature that swayed me towards this refrigerator does not work as I'd hoped. I like to use the metered fill option for filling cups to mix with nutrition powders, but when I specify to fill with 8 ounces, it actually adds a little more than 10 ounces. I have looked all over for a way to adjust or calibrate this but could not find it. I'd assume this would be a reasonable feature to have and it most likely would exist, but I will continue to look for an adjustment. Other than the fill being wrong, this is a great item.

Frigidaire Side by side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still working out the problems with customer service, ice machine still hasn’t produced ice yet. The drawers seem flimsy, I hope they last. My wife likes the wine rack, I want to take it out. Not much room for left overs. Otherwise, it has work well For us. Good for a family of two or three

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced one that came with house, first one arrived with scratch from factory on the left door at eye level. Had to wait 2 weeks for another, this one still has plastic in nooks and is a pain. Had a problem with rolling forward when opening, had to place felt pads on front of rollers to stop it, hopefully will hold up. OK fridge, only reason had to go with this item so t matches other appliances. Not the most quiet one I have owned.

Good Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good refrigerator so far. Two things I would improve are the water and ice dispensers. You have to specifically apply pressure near the top and it is awkward and inconvenient. The vegetable trays are not sturdy enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Looking, very quiet and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 2 weeks ago and liked the design elements - a bit Modern industrial looking. The Freezer side has excellent use of space but the refrigerator side is missing a 4th shelf - we still don't have this side organized well. The main issue is the poor user interface of the touch screen panel for settings and ice - water - temperature controls. It is not very intuitive and responds to touch only at the bottom of the screen. My other issue is the water and ice stopped working after 1 day so I waited a week for a free technician to come and he found the pump connection undone underneath the refrigerator - electrical plus was disconnected. He plugged it back and it has worked fine since.
I would recommend this to a friend!
