[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start? This is a replacement for the same product. First, installation of this device is key. I originally bought this through another distributor, not Whirlpool, and the installation was horrible. I found out two years later (after the initial one-year warranty period), that the refrigerator had been dropped! The door hinge was broken which accounted for the doors not lining up and the compressor working overtime. Needless to say, the unit continually had issues with staying cool. As a matter of fact, the outside of the doors were hot indicating that it was constantly working to cool the refrigerator.
After receiving a unit directly from Whirlpool with THEIR installers, it was installed correctly. I have had NO issues with this fridge. It has cooled nicely now for a month. I don't hear the compressor going on and off all day. No more sour milk, soft butter, spoiled cheeses, and bad smells associated with a refrigerator not working properly due to a bad installation. I have used Kitchenaid for years and, now I have restored my faith in them. Folks, if you ever receive this product and something is amiss regarding how it looks, do not accept delivery! Make sure they make it right. Thanks, Kitchenaid. I am still one of your fans.

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator approx. 1 month ago and I am very happy with it. It is much larger on the inside that expected. I love that the ice maker is on the door in the freezer which gives you much more room. I would recommend.

I needed to find the exact size to fit the space in my kitchen. Thankfully Kitchen aid had updated the refrigerator but not changed measurements. It's perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is perfect for our needs. It is counter depth, and while the storage capacity is limited it is perfect for just the 2 of us. We are now more conscience when grocery shopping to limit excess purchases which resulted in a lot of spoiled food in the past.

It’s my first Kitchen Aid appliance and the first major appliance I purchase after my husband’s untimely death. I did research and found that this would be my best purchase. I love it!

Run Away

Where do I start? Purchased this fridge in 2020 and so far my ice maker has quit working, my fridge forms ice on the interior wall against the freezer section, and now it is leaking under the fridge on my wood floors. I would never purchase a Kitchen Aide product again. The Kitchen Aide stove I purchased at the same time makes a very loud popping sound every time I use the oven. The repair tech said it's normal. It's so loud, it startles me every time. Pretty sure there's nothing normal about that. Run away from any Kitchen Aide product, definitely not the quality they used to be.
