[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new fridge was purchased to replace an older, noisier, hard-to-use fridge of the same size. At the time of this review, the new fridge has been up and running for 8 days, and it's good, so far. The new fridge is very quiet and despite being the same cubic feet as the old, seems to hold more. Might be because the drawers, shelves, and bins are more adjustable and can be arranged for more efficient accommodations. As stated previously, the new fridge has only been on for 8 days and it's too early to provide comments from a lengthier experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do not buy

I bought the refrigerator about 9 months ago. This is the worse refrigerator that I have ever owned. I can only say 1 things nice about it and its the look of it. The refrigerator do not get cold unless you don’t open it at all. At the bottom of the refrigerator ice accumulate on the drawer. The milk go bad in 2 days. For the amount of money this refrigerator cost, it should have been a better quality. I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR not worth the money!!!!!!!!!

Failure after only 4 years - do NOT recommend!

I purchased this KitchenAid refrigerator in November 2019, and I am deeply disappointed by the unreliability of this appliance. Within a shockingly short timeframe of just over four years, this supposedly high-quality fridge has transformed into a nightmare of food spoilage and inconvenience.
The primary issue plaguing this KitchenAid refrigerator is its malfunctioning cooling system, which inexplicably freezes over, rendering the appliance incapable of maintaining a safe temperature for food storage. Despite our diligent efforts to rectify the situation by cleaning the exterior of any dust buildup and defrosting the unit, the problem persists with alarming regularity. Each attempt at a solution is met with temporary relief, only for the issue to resurface like a persistent and unwelcome guest.
Regrettably, our experience is not unique. Upon further inspection, countless users, like myself, have fallen victim to the same flaw, enduring the financial burden of replacing parts and the inconvenience of constant repairs, all in vain pursuit of a functioning refrigerator.
The fact that this widespread issue persists despite the expenditure of significant time and resources by affected consumers speaks volumes about the fundamental design flaws inherent in this KitchenAid refrigerator model. It is a testament to the manufacturer's disregard for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
In hindsight, I deeply regret ever investing in this KitchenAid refrigerator and wholeheartedly caution others against making the same mistake. Save yourself the trouble, expense, and frustration by steering clear of this woefully inadequate appliance. Your peace of mind and your groceries deserve better than what this KitchenAid refrigerator has to offer.

The Cadillac of fridge’s!!

Mean while my old Amana went out two weeks before getting this one!! I really enjoy this fridge, lots of room and the ice maker works great!! So far very happy with my purchase!!
