[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not think that I would ever like a refrigerator as much as my 2003 KitchenAid Counter-Depth. I was wrong!! This new refrigerator is spectacular - so bright inside, so roomy, with shelves and drawers that are perfectly designed and practical! A masterpiece!!

Love KitchenAid....BUT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took 9 months to come in after ordered. Worked for about a month and lost ice maker and water dispenser function. One month of service calls and still has not been corrected. Faulty installation of parts at factory is the base of the problem. 3 service calls on dishwasher also. KitchenAid quality not what it used to be. Very disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator and I love it. My favorite feature is the auto dispense for the water in the door. The ice maker is keeping up with and/or surpassing the family on these hot summer days. Plus, the lighting in inside the fridge is great. Would definitely buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased it about 7 weeks ago, after 2 weeks the ice maker quit. I did all it said to do. Finally unplugged and plugged it back in, made sure no obstructions. Turn on/off switch several times, called service....very frustrating, before service date it started working again.
Nice refrigerator but does not appear to be as good quality as the older models.
I expected more for the money we spent as it was 40% more than Whirlpool
