Love the sleek look!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed last week and very happy with this fridge. Looks great. Works as advertised. Love the removable ice maker bin and the “max ice” feature. We live in the desert and drink a lot of water with ice. Easy to see how much ice is there and easy to remove and fill an ice chest. Interior lighting is warm and inviting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Where are the shelves?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this side-by-side refrigerator but shame on you, Whirlpool and Kitchen Aid, for not supplying it with all the shelves it can handle. There should be one additional shelf for the freezer, refrigerator, and refrigerator door. That's the only way you will get 5 stars from me. Also, the refrigerator doors are flimsy and cheaply made, in my opinion. Finally, the compressor failed on the first delivery and I had to wait a week to get its replacement, which has been running for 3 days and looks like it will last. How's your QC department, Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid? Anybody home?

Water/Ice Machine Stopped Working

We purchased this refrigerator in January of this year and within 3 weeks the water/ice machine stopped working. We had someone come out to fix the problem only to find out there were a couple pieces that needed to be replaced. Since the fridge is still under warranty the parts were ordered and 6 months later we are still waiting for the pieces to arrive. It’s been such an inconvenience not having ice or filtered water all these months. We are very disappointed and frustrated at this point and wish we had gone with another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving this fridge so far - it's a perfect size for our large family and I love the design, especially the different zones, and the storage space, it works really well for us. Having the ice maker in the freezer is ideal as well - no more issues like I had with my Samsung fridge.
Now I just wish I had a full kitchen of KitchenAid appliances!
