[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this side by side counter depth refrigerator. Kitchen Aid has designed this to fit so much! The look has such a nice clean look. The size of the ice cubes, temp control of refrig and freezer, layout are excellent. Cannot believe how spacious it is I am in love with this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my previous counter depth Kitchenaid refrigerator. The dimensions are the same, but the capacity is smaller. Other than that, it is a very nice unit. The shelves are adjustable, the ice cube maker is in the door and is very easy to access. I like the smaller ice cubes, it is easier to fill my water flask than my old unit. The water and air filters are easy to replace as well. The water dispenser counts the ounces you get each use, which is nice if you are tracking your water intake.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beware

We owned a built in KitchenAid and loved it. When we moved to Florida we bought this refrigerator. The drain line has clogged twice and has ruined our wood floors. It’s like new and we need to replace it. What a waste of money. If you buy this refrigerator expect to replace it in a few years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GreatT Looking Fridge. I wish temp was consistent

The first one had issues icing up, I constantly had a repairman here doing work. Eventually Whirlpool Corp. agreed to replace the appliance for free. New appliance has been in for a week. I get inconsistent temperature Readings. the refrigerator compartment has a range of 23° to 46*. However the temp control is set at 37.The freezer seems to maintain a range of -4* to +9°

Temperature

I bought this refrigerator beginning of May. Does anyone have a problem with the temperature in the refrigerator? The drawers are really cold but the shelves all register in the 50’s with the top being the highest. I lowered the frig temp to 34°. The frig feels a lot colder but the temps are still high. I had to put my milk on the bottom shelf of the door keep it cold. The freezer is great, and I love the looks of it. But not happy about the temperatures. I put the thermometer in my old frig and it registered in the 30’s, so it’s not the thermometer.

Freezer stopped freezing within 2 months of instal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Altho it has space and things I like, my freezer melted everything about 2 months after installation. Two days later while waiting for service I changed temp setting to -7 from zero and it froze again. Technician could not explain problem. Very concerning g as I will be away from this location and am afraid of what I’ll find when I return
