Wonderful machine. It is amazingly quiet. I sometimes have to put my ear to it to make sure it is running. Love the racks and the silverware holder. I really like that the silverware is on the side vs the front where it was on my old dishwasher. That made the rack difficult to pull out as it was front heavy. It has plenty of room and the different options for the wash are great. I can do a small load or huge load and it is easy to change.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely disappointed in this GE dishwasher. Unsure why it was ever even created, as the materials and structure of the dishwasher is really subpar. When you open the door, you can literally bend the front door by grabbing both sides and it gives so easily like it’s just a piece of sheet metal. The issue I’m writing about is the front panel and the unresponsive navigation and operation of the dishwasher. It started beeping a few months ago according to my mother who is now 82. It’s mostly used when family or guests visit that increase the volume of dishes to wash. She said that it kept turning on and off and would beep and would reset to some weird setting. And then one day it just stopped lighting up unless you unplug it and plug it back in and then it went to some weird default setting. But, when you try to start, the start will not engage. What the heck is going on GE? My mother lives several hours away from me and for me to go up and try to service this in a remote part of Northern Michigan, it’s just Ridiculous for a simple task as operating and running a dishwasher. Repair service in her rural area is very hard to nail down due to repair companies so far away or have gone out of business. There is no way I will ever purchase a GE appliance. Less than two years and a failed dishwasher with very limited usage is just very sad. Do better!

Worst appliances

When we moved into our house three years ago, we purchased a refrigerator, a range, a microwave, and a dishwasher, right now the dishwasher just stops halfway through its cycle so we’re waiting on having it fixed. The refrigerator has been serviced once and right now we have a faulty fan. The faulty fan was replaced with another faulty fan and we lost all our food. The microwave had to have an electrical board replaced. The only Appliance without an issue is the range. So out of the four appliances in just three years three of them had to be serviced. GE appliances are crap and don’t last.

Water solenoid has failed twice in the last 3 years. Great that it was assembled in the USA, but junk parts don’t help with its reliability.

Nothing but issues. Motor fan and now it leaks

Had to have the motor fan replaced months after owning. Literally been since 2020 and it is now 2026 and the dishwasher leaked all over my floor and thru the ceiling into the basement. I've never had such troubles with appliances than I have with GE. Replaced the microwave literally 3 months ago and it was the same age. What next?
