Disappointed

I have a small handful of issues with the unit.
1.The wheels are CONSTANTLY falling off the lower shelf. If not the wheels themselves, the entire carriage falls off.
2.The unit doesn't dry dishes. AT ALL. They come out soaking wet at the end of a full cycle each and every time
3.I'm one of those that "pre-cleans" the dishes prior to running the dishwasher, and they still don't always come out clean.
Overall, for the cost of the unit and the previous reviews, I anticipated and expected a better experience.

When the unit was installed, I thought it was operator error coz it would not finish a cycle or run for over 24 hours. I purchased a defective one. Quality control needs to improve a lot before boxing them up.

It stinks. 3 washes and now controls stuck!!

After 3 washes the co trols are stuck. I can’t use it until fixed. Unfortunately due to the Coronavirus and being quarantined I can’t have a GE repairman come and fix yet. You would not expect to have to fix a brand new dishwasher!!!

Too many issues

Unfortunately, this dishwasher has not been great for us. We have only had it seven months and have filed three claims on it. The control panel has been replaced twice and now it will not run any cycle. I am disappointed.

Excellent size inside, electronics fail

Excellent capacity; holds a lot of stuff, great for glasses. BUT in 5 months, twice the electronics seem to fail. I’ve gad to call twice the technician. It doesn’t have a drain command, so I’m stuck with still dirty water inside the unit. Stinky.

Too many unnecessary beeping noises

Beeping continues to be annoying even after cycles are completed.
Drying process continues to go on indefinitely with 9 tone beeping every ten minutes
Only way to get it to stop is to unplug it
Spent 2 hours on the phone with GE and no resolution
Awaiting service person to come and fix this

IRRITATING!!! DO NOT BUY FRONT CONTROL MODEL!

This model CONTINUOUSLY turns itself on with the SLIGHTEST touch of the body, meaning your hip, your butt, etc, which DOES come into contact with the controls as you brush up against it to get into your cabinetry. It will turn your dishwasher on randomly, or, turn it off mid cycle. THE MOST IRRITATING THING! I wish I could rip this machine out and put the model with the controls on the inside panel in, to stop this issue from happening, BUT I CAN'T AFFORD IT. WHAT A TERRIBLE MODEL! AVOID THIS MODEL AT ALL COSTS! IT WILL DRIVE YOU CRAZY, AS IT'S DONE TO ME IN JUST 2 MONTHS!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!
