Nice looking

My new dishwasher cleans well set at lowest light wash setting but still runs for 125minutes which seems long. The only complaint is that it goes into LOC. lock position often and u have to know how to get out of that by pushing steam button for 3 seconds. I had to have installer come back to show me this. It did not come with a manual which was a hassle bcuz I had to ask Appliance Store to bring me a manual when they came to troubleshoot why stuck in LOC position. Use pod soap as regular granular I chose this one bcuz I wanted stainless steel interior. leaves a trail on the stainless but I have hard water which may contribute. Quiet easy loading.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Plastic front

It appears to be stainless looking at it, but when it was installed its plastic, or feels like it. Very soft plyable front you have to wipe gently or it pops in and out. A little disappointing to see how flimsy it is.

Can’t get it to run

Can’t get it to run. Apparently my hot water is not strong enough for this particular unit so I can’t get it to work properly. I don’t know what to do yet but I’m gonna try to figure it out. The qualities of this are good I just can’t make them work

We are sorry to hear that6 you are having issues. The water temperature coming into the dishwasher must be at least 120 degrees. You state that it does not run. Check and make sure the wiring to the dishwasher is properly connected and on. Also we suggest you run the hot water line at the sink closest to the dishwasher to get the hot water to dishwasher. You can check your water temperature by using a meat or candy thermometer to see what temperature your water is at the sink. We appreciate your review. Check the circuit breaker that supplies power to the dishwasher to make sure it is on. Hope this helps. Geoff@GEA

Control Board failed after 2 years

I have no complaints about how the dishwasher looks or performs, but very disappointed that the control board failed after only 2 years. I expected better from a dishwasher at this price point.

We know how frustrating that must be to deal with, especially when it’s only two years old. We’d like to assist.

All of our appliances are black front. VERY frustrating that black is now so hard to come by. THANK YOU for continuing to carry a model available in black. We do love the dishwasher. The 16-year-old one that died was also GE so we were doubly thankful.
