A good choice

Due to delivery issues, it took a month from the time it was ordered for it to be ready for pickup. Other than that, it is as we expected. Quiet, cleans well, and has several cleaning options. The racks seem to be better made than the Bosch that it replaced. Hopefully it will last as long as it did.

Good dishwasher, quiet, a few annoyances.

I generally like this dishwasher. I didn’t really need all the “bells & whistles” but I wanted the stainless-steel tub. I just want my dishes washed, so I use the Normal cycle with no drying which only runs 80 minutes! I then open the door a bit when done, pull out the top rack a bit and let air dry. Saves on time and electricity. When you add other options, the time goes up significantly. Speaking of the top rack, there is a “hump” in the middle to accommodate the upper arm underneath. So any bowls put on middle left side fall to the left. If you put glasses to the far left they sort of hold the bowls up. I just think it’s bad design but I make it work. Also on top, the red clips that hold items for the bottle washers get in the way, when not in use, when loading other items. I easily pull them off when I don’t need them. I like the drop shelves on top for holding stemmed wine glasses, but the little “clips” that hold them up when not in use are flimsy and need to be “pushed down a bit” every once in a while to keep the shelves up. I like the design of the bottom rack. Other reviews mention that the front buttons are sensitive and that’s true, but I don’t push the door in all the way until I am starting the dishwasher so if I touch the buttons and the lights go on, they turn off quickly if the door is not pushed in. It’s very quiet and all in all I am satisfied with my purchase.

Does a good job of cleaning. Although buttons are very sensitive and are activated at the slightest touch. Very annoying.

This dishwasher is by far the quietest GE dishwasher we’ve owned ( owned 3 ). Dishes, pans and glasses are being cleaned perfectly. Only thing was we never got an owners manual. Had to look up operating instructions on internet.
