Sparkling dishes

This is our second GE dishwasher and this one is even better than the first. Even on the Light Wash Cycle, everything comes out sparkling and dry with no soap residue left in the cup. It is very, very quiet and since the kitchen is open to the family room that's a very important feature. The only thing I do not care for is that the controls are on the front and when I am using the countertop in that area even if I lightly brush the panel, it starts to beep and wants to begin a wash. Pretty annoying, so four stars instead of five. I think the control panel on the top of the door would be better.

Quiet and Cleans Well with Some Drawbacks

I've had this appliance for 3 weeks. It cleans everything very well. It's also pretty quiet. However, the bottom rack was poorly designed with cheap plastic wheels that come off. It's a pain to pull the draw out to load and unload. The front buttons are very sensitive as well. If you bush up against them, it will start beeping at you. I recommend the hidden control panel. It was also delivered with a dent in the handle. GE did respond quickly to this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Touch button panel too sensitive

Touch panel is too sensitive. The appliance Stonehaven came and moved it further back in cabinet. If you want certain options the wash cycle becomes way too long.

Great dishwasher!

This is a great dishwasher. Even with hard water, the dishes are getting super clean. Dishwasher has several cycle choices and is quiet. My only suggestion for change is on the buttons. It is easy to accidentally activate the dishwasher if you are working at counter above washer.

I really like my new dishwasher. I had a little problem in the beginning getting use to the buttons. The book instructions need to be a little clearer so we seniors can understand better
