Complete waste of money and time...

We ordered a top control Profile dishwasher first and it came in with a broken control panel. Opted for a front control unit when we re-ordered and settled on this model. It arrived dented. Re-ordered and the replacement arrived dented. Re-ordered again and now this one continually locks us out and beeps randomly when running. Half the time the cycle doesn’t complete. The clean light never lights up. Horrible decision to go with GEn.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve only had the machine for two weeks and it’s broken.Called the GE customer service representative, and they’re sending out a technician tomorrow and hopefully this machine will be fixed.

Cleans well controls are problematic

Purchased two of these for a new construction.
At this time only one unit is online as the second kitchen is not finished.
We installed the first unit and during the first wash cycle water was leaking on the floor.
After checking the unit we found a leak in the back of the tub at the upper seam. At this time the service dept is going to swap out this unit with the second unit and we are going to purchase a different GE model for the second kitchen.
Controls are a mess, touch controls either are too sensitive or do not respond at all.
Unit sometimes beeps and carries on if you brush against the unit when working in the kitchen.

Not user friendly

Horrible.....didn’t work from day one, and had to replace the control panel; it still goes on by itself when the door is closed.

I am very pleased with this dishwasher. It is very quiet and does a very good job with little to no rinsing even though I usually do a load every other day.

Rinse Washer

I've owned many GE Dishwashers. This takes the cake for poorest machine. Most loads need to have multiple washes. Machine usually runs on light load. Any other option the washer turns off. Possibly just a lemon of a unit.
