While the dishwasher seems to work fine the sensitivity of the controls is a big problem. I can open or shut foor without touching controls. Since I received no instructions with machine this was a real problem. I accidentally locked controls once and had to ask grandson to Google them online so we could get unlocked. I am elderly and do not like to have fool with things like this unnecessary. if I could have went to store instead of ordering thru salesperson on phone. I wouldn't have bought it. however once I get controlling up as wanted. it seems to clear sufficiently.

Dishwasher had dent inside and crack outside. I will rate after tech is done and I can evaluate dishwasher effectivness.

Not as sturdy as the previous similar model

After the dishwasher we bought with the entire matching GE appliances set died, we couldn't get a replacement for over a month. I am VERY disappointed to have only gotten 5 years from the original unit as it was not the cheapest model available by far.Once the new unit arrived, it was clear that the way the door closes, it just isn't as sturdy as the previous version was. Very much like a nice car, how the door latches is a quick indicator of the quality and we have subsequently noticed some design issues we don't care for that vary from the previous unit. Unfortunate because we love the color but the quality is gone. We will be shopping other brands on the next kitchen makeover. It does seem to clean the dishes well. We'll see how long this one lasts.

Looked up the manual and followed the directions- dishwasher seems to start then all lights go off and nothing ?? Have reviewed directions & tried 4 times- suggestions welcome - brand new & very frustrating
