First wash dirty dishes
on December 8, 2021
Posted by: pp54

I've only used the dishwasher one time. The first 3 saucers that I removed had food still on them. I'm only hoping that it gets better. My last GE went out after 3 years so I purchased another one because it was the soonest I could get delivery.

Hi there,

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We're sorry to hear that your old model malfunctioned and that your dishes in your first wash weren't cleaned well. We can understand how that'd be frustrating for sure.

It washed dishes. It broke within two years. No warranty anymore, couldn't even schedule service because it's out of warranty. Complete trash.

maddening control panel, developed a leak at 19 mo
on December 19, 2021

The front control panel is far too sensitive, merely brushing against the panel will change control settings. Has a slow leak from the bottom of the door, sealant from between the walls and the tub is dissolving.

I had to use some pipe tape to stop the leak in the water connection. Once done it works well, The front door is sensitive to touch, and will turn on. A simple on off switch is needed. Other wise I like the filters that trap food.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No problems so far and works well, but our last one conked out with electronic panel issues no one could repair. So we are cautiously optimistic.
