We really liked the look of this dishwasher. We knew we didn't want a bulky handle sticking out to run our hips into. The flat panel seemed like a great idea as there were no buttons to have to clean around. We have found this touch panel to be very sensitive and a bit tough to use. Sometimes it will easily register a touch and other times it does not. I love the stainless inside and am anxious to use the bottle cleaners. I don't like that the front panel isn't solid as when I tried to wipe it off it slightly indented.

Difficult to close without inadvertently hitting buttons and starting a cycle. Very quite, cleans well, sleek design. I did not research or purchase this product as it was installed in new construction as a base appliance prior to my purchase of home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use. Runs quietly. Love the slate color. The buttons are extremely sensitive and turn on if I walk by and accidentally brush against them. Other than that, I am satisfied.

Bottom rack is defective.

The rollers on the bottom rack keep falling off. I scheduled a service call and received a call asking about what was wrong. I was told a complete new rack would be sent out but now 2 weeks later we are still fighting with a rack that is defective. Poor service!!

Cleans well, terrible rack design

The top rack of this dishwasher is horribly designed. I can fit one third of what you can on a normal rack that is even across. The racks are very loose, I doubt they'll last long. I'm frustrated everyday loading it. However, it cleans well and it's very quiet.

Cleans good but takes a long time

seems to be a great dishwasher so far. We replaced and older frigidaire dishwasher with this one and it does a great job without pre cleaning the dishes however the normal cycle with drying on normal takes over 2 hours. If it wasn't for the wash time it would be 5 star

Great Features/Can’t figure out drying

Pros- This dishwasher has great features and is very quiet!
Cons- there is always a puddle of water inside the dishwasher after the cycle is complete no matter what cycle I use. Enough water to soak a kitchen towel. I have to dry it out every time I use it. I would also like a feature to just turn the drying cycle back on for dishes that weren’t completely dry yet.
